This portal is your dedicated space for everything to do with your project with Playful. We've set it up so you have one place to find documents, track progress and get in touch — without the back-and-forth of email chains.

This is a live portal. We update it as the project moves forward — so it's worth checking back in regularly rather than relying on what you saw last time.
The portal is structured around three areas. More will be added as the project develops — including sign-off packs, install plans and handover documentation.
Playful is a Leeds-based creative company specialising in interactive play installations and visitor experiences. We work with museums, galleries, heritage sites, cultural venues and public spaces — anywhere that wants to give people a real reason to engage.
We're not an events company. We're not a soft play supplier. We design and manufacture physical interactive experiences that are built to last, built to perform and built to change how people feel about a space.

Our product range runs from compact modular units through to large-scale bespoke commissions. Everything is designed and made in-house at our Leeds workshop, which means we control quality at every stage.
Playful was founded by Jon Eden, Beth Cooper and Dirk Mischendahl. All three work directly on every project. There's no account management layer between you and the people actually doing the work.
PLY-000 is your project reference. This section will be updated with a full project description, scope and key objectives once the brief has been confirmed and agreed with your team.
The installation is designed around your space, your audience and your operational requirements. Everything is made in-house at our Leeds workshop.
